Can I resell my land?

Yes. Notice must be sent to us, and a 10% administrative charge (paid by the new buyer) applies.

Can I pay cash to an agent or marketer?

No. Payment should only be made to Account Name: MultiCare Homes and Investment Ltd, at the accounts below. MultiCare Homes & Investment Ltd would not be held responsible for any liability arising from deviation from this instruction.

What if I can’t continue with payment? Can I get a refund?

Yes, with early notification. Refunds are made less 30% administrative charges, within 4 months, only after the plot has been resold, paid in the same order as installments made.
