Can I resell my land?
Yes. Notice must be sent to us, and a 10% administrative charge (paid by the new buyer) applies.
Can I pay cash to an agent or marketer?
No. Payment should only be made to the official company account: MultiCare Homes and Investment Ltd, Parallex Bank (1000027146) or Sterling Bank (0099475841).
What if I can’t continue with my payment? Can I get a refund?
Yes, with early notification. Refunds are made less 30% administrative charges, within 4 months, only after the plot has been resold.
