How much can I earn?
15% of the land price for a direct referral, 5% for an indirect (second-tier) referral.

When do I get paid?
For outright payments, once the sale is confirmed. For installment plans, proportionally as each installment is received, until the full cost of land is paid.

What counts as an indirect referral?
When someone you referred goes on to refer their own buyer, who also completes a purchase.

Does this apply to a specific estate?
No — commission applies to land purchases across all our estates.
